FFFF does not collect personally identifiable information from users who we know are under 13 on the Sites. WE will not condition a child’s participation in a game, offering of a prize, or any other activity or service on or available through the SITE on the disclosure of more personally identifiable information than is reasonable necessary to participate in an activity. PARENTS who are concerned that their child may have shared identifiable personal information may request that information through our CONTACT US link; please be sure to leave your email or phone number so we may reach you. RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from FeeFiFoFun™. If the product you've ordered does not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days. We will be glad to exchange it or issue store credit, as long as the item is returned unused, in the original packaging, with tags attached, within the specified time frame, and has not been laundered (federal law prohibits resale of used bedding).
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your return/exchange.
Postage and handling charges are not refundable on returns.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund tracking number. Please include “PRODUCT REFUND” in the subject field of your email.
2. In your email, please include your name, order number, address, email address and phone number – as well as the product(s) description/name of which you are returning for refund.
3. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return. Please also include the original receipt when sending the product(s) back to us.
CDs, electronic books games and puzzles and other downloadable merchandise cannot be returned/exchanged.
Current Return / Replacement Policy
ALL digital media sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any digital media purchases at this time. If the digital media you purchased from us is not meeting your needs, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. If you are dissatisfied with the level of support you are receiving from us after purchasing any of our digital media, please contact us with your concerns so that we can address this issue immediately. We value you as a customer and strive for your satisfaction.

How to CANCEL an order:
Once an order is placed, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours, indicating your name, order number, address, email address and phone number. Please send this request and your information to firstname.lastname@example.org with “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject field of your email.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Your banking statement and receipt from purchase(s) will show the purchase(s) made through Bu Who Entertainment, Corp. ( Our parent company )
All orders are shipped within 72* hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (PST)

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping/handling of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping/handling will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if desired.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
